Production Training

our Services

Great training, badly delivered, is like pouring champagne from a watering can. With 30-years combined industry experience, we understand how to make great training but also how to deliver it. That's why we created our own unique interface enabling us to supply creative production training in engaging and effective ways.

Our content is tailored to audiences and outcomes - whether they be schools learning about radio, colleges learning about the industry or corporates upskilling on media production. Content may change but there is one constant. Everything we do strives to meet the highest standards and all of it is delivered in 3 fundamental ways - online, bespoke and interactive.

  1. Industry Training
We deliver insightful modular video training designed to introduce your staff to creative production software or improve their understanding and workflow. Our training guarantees set proficiency and increased productivity while keeping your teams working at the leading edge of industry practices.
  2. College Training
We provide additional online training resources to media courses that want to give their students better learning outcomes. We work with colleges, media production clubs and societies to foster better understanding and create links between third level and industry.
  3. TY Transmission
Via TY Transmission, we provide innovative and engaging radio training to pupils at secondary level. Our course gives students the tools, insights and understanding to research, produce, record and edit their own bespoke radio programmes, and the confidence to deliver it to an audience of peers.
